I have an 03 vw...i used to have a mid 90's jetta that got up to 150 thousand miles without any excessive maintenance...good reliable cars...won't impress anyone though

Fellas I got away from the BMW and Lexus and went with The Jeep Wrangler 4 door. Felt like driving a different kind of machine and love it.

Haha one of the reasons I went Acura. They don't break down even close to as much as a Jag and if they do, they are much cheaper to fix than a Jag or Beamer, or even a Jetta probably.

The Japanese don't fuck around. 108K on it and it hasn't had a major problem yet.

Benz has a high maintenance cost too. My dad owns a E320 and he gets his ass raped for maintenance shit. Other than that, its a beautiful car. Hasnt given him one problem yet.

Stick with those Jap cars bro. Its easy to take care of and the parts can be found online without a problem

My brother had a Jaguar (I dont know if he still has it). Cool looking car with crap loads of features including the video cam rear view.

Having said that, I wasnt impressed. And the engine sounded rough as shit.

They have always been expensive cars to maintain, but when Ford took them over, they made them look like a Taurus, too. Double whammy.

Its just not a well made car. Open the hood and it says Ford everywhere lol. Let me give you an example: The transmission doesnt need service, it is a sealed unit. Which means if the fluid turns bad or gets low you dont service the transmission you actually have to buy a new one. What a joke right. I had a jeep grand cherokee laredo that you could rip apart the engine for $500 i you had to.
